Your dashboard is organized into three main sections: Practice Sessions (start new interviews), Progress Tracking (view your improvement metrics), and Resources (access learning materials). The navigation menu on the left helps you switch between these sections.

Your first session begins with a brief orientation where our AI coach explains the process. You'll then complete a short assessment interview (about 15 minutes) that helps us understand your current skill level. Don't worry - this first session is just for evaluation and won't be scored!

Our AI analyzes multiple dimensions: content relevance (how well your answer addresses the question), communication skills (clarity, structure), technical accuracy (for technical questions), and behavioral indicators (confidence, enthusiasm). After each session, you'll receive a detailed breakdown.

For best results: 1) Treat it like a real interview (dress professionally if using video), 2) Minimize distractions, 3) Review the job description beforehand, 4) Don't rush - take a moment to structure your answers, and 5) Regularly review your feedback to identify improvement areas.

Upload your resume in your profile settings. Our AI will analyze your experience and tailor questions accordingly. This helps create more relevant practice scenarios and allows the system to suggest better examples you can use in behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...").
