These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and GuidioAI regarding your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and our Privacy Policy.
Some features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel through your account settings. We may adjust pricing with prior notice.
All content, trademarks, designs, code, and features on the platform are owned by GuidioAI or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Our platform includes AI-powered tools. While we strive for quality, AI outputs may be imperfect or biased. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated results for critical decisions. Do not misuse AI tools for unlawful or harmful purposes.
You may submit content (e.g., documents, feedback, interview scripts or answers). By submitting, you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide and improve the Services. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

All purchases are generally non‑refundable. However, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Paddle (our Merchant of Record) on a case‑by‑case basis. You acknowledge and agree that Paddle manages payment processing, customer inquiries, cancellations, and refund requests on behalf of GuidioAI. Refunds are handled pursuant to Paddle’s policies, and are always free to the customer.
If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from a statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal, unless you have expressly consented to immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose this right.
For subscription plans, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Once a period has begun, no partial refunds for unused time will be granted. However, Paddle may, at its discretion, issue pro‑rated or full refunds under exceptional circumstances, such as technical failure, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without liability. While we strive for uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services at our discretion. If we terminate your account, you must not re-register without our permission.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You use the Services at your own risk.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuidioAI and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including emails and in-app messages, which satisfy legal requirements for written notices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
